Shanghai Mama Handmade Spring Rolls. Each order comes with 8 spring rolls, perfect for sharing or as a satisfying snack.
Choose your filling:
- Chicken & Vegetables — tender chicken with a mix of fresh vegetables, wrapped in a light pastry
- Vegetable Only — a flavourful blend of fresh vegetables, great for vegetarians
Serving Instructions
- Pan Fry — Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes each side, rotating to ensure all sides are golden and crispy.
- Air Fry — Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Baked — Preheat oven to 200°C. Place on a lined baking tray, lightly brush with oil, and bake for 18–20 minutes, turning halfway.
- Deep Fry — Heat oil to 180°C. Fry for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towel before serving.
