Shanghai Siu Mai (8 Pack)

Shanghai Mama Handmade Shao Mai (Siu Mai in cantonese). Each order comes with 8 pieces — a classic Shanghai dim sum that's quite different from the Cantonese/Hong Kong version you might know from yumcha.

While Cantonese siu mai is typically filled with pork and prawn, our Shanghai siu mai is filled with soy sticky rice, tender pieces of pork, and fragrant Chinese (shiitake) mushrooms — hearty, flavourful, and deeply comforting.

Serving Instructions

• Steam — Place in a steamer over boiling water and steam for 12–15 minutes until heated through.
